As Santa Barbara's first Ecobroker®, Elizabeth is part of a nationally accredited designation in the real estate industry committed to the environment and her clients. Elizabeth's expert knowledge on green practices spans the range of her client's needs whether it be installing new floors using sustainable wood, painting a nursery with non-toxic paints, landscaping using drought resistant choices, or installing solar panels on the roof. Elizabeth has always been interested in environmentally friendly building practices and has incorporated it into her real estate practice by becoming an Ecobroker®. She is proud that her hometown continues to be a front-runner of a variety of community-initiated green movements has many citizens who continue to take a pro-environmental stand. Growing up on her family ranch that has its own well, wildflower planted sod roofs, rain collectors, recycled redwood decks, a wind generator, solar panels and other green practices all contribute to her passion for the environment.
