About Elizabeth

Elizabeth is a full time, dedicated Realtor with Village Properties in Santa Barbara. She began in the business in 2004 and has been consistently helping her clients sell and buy homes ever since. Recently she was invited to the Village Properties "Top 10" dinner and honored to dine with the other top agents in the company. Elizabeth looks forward to providing you with professional real estate guidance and education about the Santa Barbara market.

Elizabeth provides her buyers with an inventory of homes currently on the market, both comparable and contrasting in terms of style, value and pricing. As a Santa Barbara native, she possesses knowledge of neighborhood histories as well as past and present inventories of homes sold in order to provide clients an understanding of the current marketplace and community.

Elizabeth provides her sellers with a detailed and extensive marketing plan designed to net the highest dollar amount and best terms for the sale of their properties. Her honest opinion on pricing strategies, knowledge of the escrow process, impressive attention to detail, and a love of what she does combine to make the real estate process enjoyable, educational and personal.

Elizabeth recently passed her Broker's Examination through the California Department of Real Estate and is now a Broker Associate. This prestigious designation is known as the "PhD" for real estate and demonstrates her commitment and dedication to the real estate industry. She has also obtained the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation. The GRI is considered by many in the industry to be one of the most advanced and comprehensive training programs available. To follow up on her EcoBroker® designation she obtained the National Association of Realtors Green® Designation that promotes sustainably built properties and business practices.

As Santa Barbara's first EcoBroker®, Elizabeth is part of a nationally accredited designation in the real estate industry committed to the environment and her clients. Elizabeth's expert knowledge of green practices spans the range of her client's needs whether it be advising and education about native plant landscaping choices, rain water harvesting tank options, tankless water heaters, PVC roofs, solar panels rebates or no VOC paints. Elizabeth is happy to provide you with alternative suggestions, resources and trusted contacts to learn more about healthy and green living in Santa Barbara.

After Elizabeth earned dual degrees (History and Italian) from the University of Colorado, she returned to her hometown to pursue her career.
